Sometimes it feels like this company is fucked.
I think estimating is shady and design is a big baby..
I think leadership fears any confrontation at all . .. therefore…

I see red.
An ocean of red.
I see children blaming each other.. I see numbers that are fucked up…
And I can know it in my heart,that I stole nothing. That I tried.
That I applied all the effort possible..
The problem?
People.
People are the problem.
