And you can apply this to any City.. and I’m really only talking about suburban scenarios.. living rural is totally different,(and awesome)
But anyways…
This building has sat here for many years now.Empty AF. Always makes me chuckle when I think of the real estate and the square footage…and the money spent 🤣

You can make this place a fortress.
Particularly because of the roof, you could have cracked shot snipers sitting up there and build a simple fortification that would make them incredibly difficult to kill… If you were clever and you had the resources you could even put turrets up there…
