Today I was watching witness footage of 9/11, watching people jump to their deaths ..

Why?

YouTube suggested it..

And then I think of a Lego building, full of ants, then you hold a fire to it..

They will do,,,whatever is necessary,, anything at all..

Just to get away from that fire..

Gun to your head,

Let the fire kill you?

Or jump to your death?

Mmmmmm.

You know how you could fix terrorism?

Population reduction..

Why oh why,,would such evolved lifeforms kill each other?/

Well..

Ya see…

“There’s a squeeze”

By that I mean that everyone is fighting for theirs… and has been,,

For generations.

Nothing is fair because nothing is enough.

You can’t make the walking machine any larger.. not balanced anyway…

So you’ll get stuff like this.

Humans killing each other over…things that are difficult to understand..

Complicated..

That’s too bad…

(Would also be fixed with reducing the population to -1B…)

It’s an ugly thing..

Not a hope..not something to be celebrated..

It just seems like the only way to fix this.

Pausing childbearing for 100 years..

That might make it a cop out , whatever..it’s still a solution….

A solution you can’t afford…

You could fix all mental illness with gene editing…

If the entire planet could take a break,, for like,,,two breeding cycles.

Two single generations, against the backdrop of HISTORY,,

Your sacrifice, will be what saves us..

And you’ll go down as heroes..

For being so selfless..

The thought is magnetic because it solves damned near every social issue you throw at it..

You could fix that with reducing the population .

Struggle and suffering and exploitation…

Fix the numbers with a flu.

Fix the genes with a gas..

Or a mandatory shot..

If your bullshit has been traveling through bloodlines for hundreds of years..thousands…

You could cut out everything that holds us back, as an organism, every limitation.. you could weed them out..

And it would be the smart thing to do.

Wish people would embrace these concepts, but they won’t.

Forget my lifetime or yours..but what about…6 generations down the line?

Caring..

Decent..

Maybe.. if you dredged the muddy bottoms of your genetic code..
